Born in Italy in 2023, today we are a growing ecosystem serving communities.
Follow a clear path from idea to operation: activate consulting, use the portal and integrate devices for an effective community.
Foundation as innovative startup
Born in Italy in 2023 after months of testing the shared energy model provided by European directives. First version of the portal and first pilots with managers and participants. Defined guiding principles: simplicity, transparency, inclusion. First market confirmations: letter of intent ACDA (Cuneo) and proposal to the Scout community of Castel San Giovanni.
Online portal and first operational communities
The portal enters operation in the first CERs. Start of consulting (strategic, legal, technical, administrative) also in support of PNRR calls. Co-designed the interest manifestation module. Invited as speaker to the Italian Forum of Energy Communities in Rome. New clients, including the Mountain Union Valli Orco and Soana. Established an association to oversee administrative procedures.
From platform to ecosystem. Lucci in experimentation
Enercade becomes an ecosystem: portal, devices, consulting and data work together. Operations with 13 CERs, start of data intelligence, loyalty programs with rewards and new partnerships. Lucci is born, in experimentation with Edison. Introduced service design and mapped 100+ communities to measure social impact. Opening of the fundraising phase.
Lucci on the market and expanding network
Commercial launch of Lucci, expansion of the partner network and new analysis and real-time suggestion functions. The ecosystem grows across multiple territories with focus on participation and measurable benefits for communities.

We listen to managers and participants through interviews and real data. We use simple language and test with diverse people to leave no one behind.
Co-design and prototypes
We hold shared workshops and quick prototypes. We test early, iterate often: this way ideas become useful solutions.
Reliable data and privacy by design
We collect the minimum necessary, work with aggregated and anonymous data and track decisions. Data quality and transparency come first.
Continuous measurement and improvement
We define KPIs (emissions, savings, participation), measure impact and improve with frequent releases. Each cycle makes the service clearer and more effective.
