Born in Italy in 2023 after months of testing the shared energy model envisioned by European directives.Development of the first version of the Enercade portal and launch of initial pilot projects with managers and participants. Guiding principles defined: simplicity, transparency and inclusion.First market confirmations with preliminary agreements and proposals from public bodies and local entities.

Co-designed the expression of interest module.New clients, including Unione Montana Valli Orco e Soana. Established an association to oversee administrative procedures.

The project moves from platform to integrated ecosystem: portal, devices, consulting and data working together in a coordinated way.The new Quadro Cittadini portal is born, replacing the first version and becoming the operational hub for citizens and managers.Operations with 13 RECs, launch of data intelligence programmes, loyalty and social impact measurement.Lucci is born, in testing with Edison. Introduced service design as a structural method and mapped over 100 communities to analyse needs and performance.

Field research and inclusion
We listen to managers and participants through interviews and real data. We use simple language and testing with diverse people to leave no one behind.
Co-design and prototypes
We run shared workshops and fast prototypes. We test early, iterate often: that's how ideas become useful solutions.
Reliable data and privacy by design
We collect the minimum necessary, work with aggregated data and anonymised data, and track decisions. Data quality and transparency come first.
Measurement and continuous improvement
We define KPIs (emissions, savings, participation), measure impact and improve with frequent releases. Each cycle makes the service clearer and more effective.
We apply the double diamond: shared, traceable decisions guided by data, to reduce time, risks and complexity.
